    Speaking fees vary by organization type, audience, and location. Average fees are about $2,000.

    Popular off-the-shelf workshops include 45-90+ minute, in-person sessions covering the following topics:

    • Authentic networking (not an oxymoron)

    • Moving from independent contributor to manager

    • Prioritization & task-sequencing in the workplace

    • Developing AI intuition for business value

    Off-the-shelf in-person workshops carry a minimum fee of $750, plus expenses as-needed (e.g., travel).

    Next-gen consulting projects may include some or all of the following:

    • Initial organizational diagnostic to determine upskilling needs and create a custom program based upon desired goals

    • Alignment meetings with key stakeholders to preview curriculum

    • Creation of custom upskilling program

    • Administration of upskilling (ideally in-person)

    • Implementation of follow-up materials, sessions, and science-backed strategies to increase successful adoption of desired behaviors
