Esper Collective comes from my middle name (Esperanza, which means hope in Spanish); Collective comes from the constellation of interests, skills and experiences I bring to my work.

The focus on “all things soft skills” is because they’re the key to get where you want to go and be who you want to be, whether in business or your own life - all in a way that’s authentic and sustainable for you.

They’re all the unwritten “rules” we wish were taught or knew earlier, and they’re what’s allowed me to construct the foundations of a life that I love to live and a business that creates impact.

I've helped businesses save, and create, millions of dollars in value and successfully upskill people from interns to senior executives.

I’ve helped people get into colleges, land dream jobs, receive great performance reviews & obtain promotions, make successful career pivots, and excel while building something that they uniquely want in a way that's sustainable for them. (I've also done all those things myself).

I’m all for bold goals; tangible, manageable, and consistent actions; and continuous iteration with a test & learn approach.

I acknowledge the power AI has. That being said, I do NOT use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. in my business and do not plan to. I will personally attest that nothing created for my business is ever created, completed, generated, or inspired by using ChatGPT or similar tools.

Finally, though I will be there to support you with strategies that have worked for me and for others (and share tips on how to avoid common pitfalls!), it is up to you, and your team if applicable, to put in the work in order to truly transform.
